1.     To participate in this promotion, simply purchase at least ONE (1) bottle of Acqua Panna* in a single receipt from 1st June to 16th July 2017 to qualify.

2.     Forward your e-invoice to sanpellegrinoasia@gmail.com with subject title "Acqua Panna Win a Trip Promotion" with full name and NRIC number by 2359 hours 20th July 2017 to qualify for the contest.

3.   All contest entries to be in by 2359 hours 20th July 2017. Any late entries will be considered void.

CULINA PRIVATE LIMITED'S TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By registering or taking part in this contest, all persons participating herein (the “participants”) agree to be bound by these contest Terms and Conditions, all amendment or variations.

1.         The contest is organised by Culina Pte Ltd (UEN:199404977Z) and is open to all Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents above the age of 18 years with a permanent residential address in Singapore, except for directors, employees and immediate families of Culina Pte Ltd, Sanpellegrino Singapore, RedMart and all other participating outlets.

2.         For eligibility to participate in this contest, participants must purchase between 0001 hour on 1st June2017 and 2359 hour on16th July 2017 (both dates inclusive), from any participating retail outlets of Dairy Farm Group, NTUC Fairprice, Isetan and Meidi-Ya and all other participating outlets when they:

Buy at least ONE (1) bottle of Acqua Panna (250ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1.0 litre; glass or PET format). Participants will have ONE (1) chance to win per receipt.

For participants who purchase through RedMart or other E-commerce channels, they must forward their e-invoice to sanpellegrinoasia@gmail.com with subject title "Acqua Panna Win a Trip Promotion" and include their full name and NRIC no. by 2359 hours 20th July 2017 to qualify for the contest.

Any contest entries after 2359 hours 20 July 2017 will be considered as void.

3.         The prizes for the contest are :

a.         One (1) winner of the Grand Prize: Two return economy class flight tickets to Florence, Italy.

b.         Ten (10) winners of Consolation Prizes: One-year supply of Acqua Panna 1.0 litre PET which is equivalent to 144 bottles per winner.

4.         The grand prize winner and his nominated guest must travel at the same time, confirm their booking for ticket issuance by 1st October 2017 and complete the trip before 31st October 2018. The organizer shall determine the return air tickets from Singapore to Florence in Italy and back on any airline of its sole discretion and will not entertain any request for variation to the air ticket arrangements. This winner will be responsible for ensuring their own travel visa requirements and the cost of applications if required and for any further cost incurred by the winner for any alterations made after booking confirmation and ticket issuance.

5.         The grand prize winner agrees and accepts that the organiser and Sanpellegrino Singapore make no warranty whatsoever on any of the prizes, including but not limited to, the destination, availability, times, quality, safety and fitness for purpose or the value of the flights for the Grand Prize.

6.         Consolation prizes will enjoy for free delivery, only once and to only one (1) nominated delivery address submitted by the winners. The organiser will impose a delivery levy of $25 for each subsequent re-delivery, if any.

7.         Contest chances are cumulative. Participants may submit multiple entries, on condition that each entry submitted corresponds to a separate receipt. Proof of submission is not a proof of receipt. Original receipts must be kept and presented for prize redemption. If the winners are not able to present the original receipt, an alternate winner will be selected as will each of the subsequent winners until all qualified winners have been determined.

8.         Late, incomplete, entries with reprint or duplicated copy of receipt will be null and void. Entries with inaccurate information will be disqualified from the contest resulting in the forfeiture, withdrawal or withholding from any prizes won.

9.         The organiser and Sanpellegrino Singapore will not be responsible for any loss, charges or inconvenience incurred for entry submission, prize collection or for any late entries or entries not received for any reasons whatsoever.

10.        At the end of the Contest Period, winners will be picked from the eligible entries through a random selection.

11.        The organizer / Sanpellegrino Singapore will notify the winners by email by 3rd August 2017. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance via email by 2359 hour on 10th August 2017 with scanned copies of their (1) NRIC or passport, and (2) original winning receipt (unless e-invoice has been previously sent during entry), to be eligible to collect their respective prizes. Upon prize collection, all winners must present personally his original (1) NRIC or passport, and (2) original winning receipt. The organiser reserves the sole discretion to disqualify and replace the winner with another alternate selection in the event that :

a.         The organiser does not receive the email confirmation from the winners by the due date and with scanned copies of the required documents; or

b.         The winners do not present original documents upon prize collection

12.        The prizes must be accepted as provided. They are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or any other products. The ports of embarkation and disembarkation of the air tickets determined by the organiser cannot be changed.

13.        The organiser reserves the sole right to replace the prizes with any substitutes of similar value with prior notice.

14.        The organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine the eligibility of any person who is interested to participate in the contest. The organiser is not obliged to entertain any correspondence or give any reason for disqualifying any person from participating in the contest.

15.        The organiser holds your personal data in a combination of secure computer storage and paper based files and will safeguard the confidentiality of your personal data. By submitting your entry to participate in the contest, the contest participant unconditionally consents to the use of your information by the organiser and its parent company, related and associated companies, affiliates, Sanpellegrino Singapore, contractors, agents and vendors for distribution of marketing and promotional materials, analysis, research, research or statistical purposes. Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the discretion not to provide us with or consent to the use of your personal information. We regret to inform that you will not be eligible to participate in the contest should you decline to do so. The participant may at its discretion contact the organiser’s data protection officer to withdraw, consent, access, amend or correct his or her personal data at privacy@culina.com.sg.

16.        Any uncollected prizes by the stipulated period will be forfeited and donated to a registered charity organisation of the organiser’s choice.  Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Further, the organiser reserves the right to forfeit or award any or leftover prizes at its sole discretion.

17.        All decisions of the organiser are final and conclusive. No correspondence will be entertained.

18.        If any provision of these terms and conditions is held or interpreted by any governmental authority or a court of competent jurisdiction, to be illegal or invalid under present or future laws or regulations effective and applicable during the period of the contest, such provisions shall be fully separable and these terms and conditions shall be construed as if such illegal or invalid provision had never comprised a part of these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal or invalid provision or by its severance from these terms and conditions.

19.        No person shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) unless that person is expressly named in these terms and conditions.

20.        The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

21.        These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties agree unequivocally to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
