Collection of Rebate:
The rebate cheque will be mailed to you after 10 - 12 weeks.
If you do not receive your rebate cheque after 12 weeks, please write to Colgate SlimSoft Advanced 1s 'Try Me for FREE',

Collection will then have to be done at the office.
Colgate-Palmolive's General Terms and Conditions:
1. This redemption program is valid for purchases made in Redmart in Singapore.
2. Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte. Ltd., has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
3. Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte. Ltd. is the organizer ["organizer"] of this Contest.
4. You ["Participant"] may submit one redemption per receipt per NRIC only. Each entry must be accompanied by an original Receipt ["Proof of Purchase"].
5. Limited to the first 1000 redemptions only, on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. No traders allowed.
7. All entries must reach the Organizer by 10 February 2017.
8. Rebate is only valid for purchases made from 1-31 January 2017.
9. Rebate is not valid if the official form is not completed in full and original receipt is not attached to this form.
10. Photocopies/duplicates of the original receipt will not be valid.
11. This Contest is open to all residents of Singapore aged thirteen (13) years and above, except employees and immediate family members of the Organizer and their advertising, promotion, event and PR agencies.
12. Individuals aged thirteen (13) till eighteen (18) years of age will need to get permission from a parent or guardian.
13. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
14. Please allow 10-12 weeks for mailing of rebate cheque.
15. In accordance with the laws of Singapore and by providing personal details to Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte. Ltd., individuals irrevocably consent to, and grant Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte. Ltd., and its Agency the right to use each individual's personal data, including the right to contact and/or mail the Participant (electronically or otherwise) in relation to the 'Try Me For FREE' trial.
16. If you choose not to share your information with us, entitlement on the 'Try Me for FREE' trial may not be available to you.
17. Individual's personal data will not be stored after the end of 'Try Me for FREE' trial.
18. If you do not receive your rebate cheque after 12 weeks, please write to Colgate SlimSoft Advanced 1s 'Try Me for FREE',

(d) The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest;
(e) The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;
(f) Individual's personal data will be validated upon confirming winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual Is required to update the Organizer; and
