To redeem Friso Experiences Play Set:

Step 1: Reserve your Friso Experiences Play Set online at http://campaign.friso.com.sg/redemption/ by 14th October 2016.

Step 2: Select a preferred date and time for collection at the

ORO Redemption Centre, 61 Ubi Road 1 #01-34, Oxley Bizhub Singapore 408727.

Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email upon successful reservation.

Step 4: Print and bring the confirmation email along with the original receipts and your NRIC to ORO Redemption Centre to collect your Friso Experiences Play Set.

Kindly note that redemption is on first come first serve basis, while stocks last. To ensure stock availability, do make an online reservation as soon as possible. All walk-in redemption without online reservation will not be accepted.

    FRISO'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    1.   This redemption program is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and immediate families of FrieslandCampina (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its associated agencies involved, distributors and trade retailers.

    2.     Only original receipts /online invoices dated from 1st August 12.01am to 30th September 2016 11.59pm will be accepted for this promotion. Any receipts/invoices dated before or after the promotion period will strictly not be accepted for this promotion.

    3.     Limit to three Friso Experiences Play Sets per NRIC. Traders are strictly not eligible for this promotion.

    4.     Confirmation email, your original NRIC and original receipts/online invoices must be presented upon collection of premium at redemption centre. Only original receipts/online invoices will be accepted. Screenshots of delivery confirmations will not be accepted for the redemption. Confirmation email and original receipts/invoices will be retained upon collection.

    5.     Confirmation email only serves as a reservation of the Friso Experiences Play Set. You are required to present the original receipts/online invoices upon collection at the redemption centre to prove eligibility for the promotion.

    6.     Friso participating products include Frisomum, Friso Gold 2, 3 & 4, Friso Gold Rice and Wheat Cereal, exclude all infant formula for 0 - 6 months.

    7.     FrieslandCampina (Singapore) Pte Ltd may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the prizes with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time or terminate this promotion without prior notice.

    8.     By taking part in this redemption, you understand and accept without condition that FrieslandCampina Singapore may elect to use you and your child’s personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes by mail/email/ phone/SMS, whilst according your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.

    9.     By accepting the Friso Experiences Play Set, you acknowledge that:

    • The Friso Experiences Play Set will be delivered as-is to you without warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied. It is meant only to be used by child of 18 months and above, with maximum weight of 30kg, and should be used in accordance with the instructions manual.
    • FrieslandCampina assumes no responsibility for any death, personal injuries, and any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, or costs incurred arising out of / in relation to any usage of the Friso Experiences Play Set, to the fullest extent permissible by law. You and your parents/legal guardians/children/family members agree that none of you will sue or make any claim against FrieslandCampina for death, personal injuries, and any other losses or damage whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising out of the acceptance, possession and usage of the Friso Experiences Play Set.
    • You hereby expressly recognize that this release of liability, waiver of legal rights, and assumption of risk is an undertaking pursuant to which the parents/legal guardians/children/family members have released, any and all claims against FrieslandCampina resulting from any death, personal injuries, and any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, or costs incurred arising out of / in relation to the child and their parents’ or legal guardians’ participation in the redemption for the Friso Experiences Play Set. The Friso Experiences Play Set is supplied to FrieslandCampina Singapore Pte Ltd by Prestige Premium Pte Ltd.

    10.  Cancelled / refunded orders are not eligible for this redemption.
