  • 450g bag of frozen berry

  • 450g pot fat-free strawberry yoghurt

  • 100ml milk

  • 25g porridge oat

  • 2 tsp honey (optional)

Step By Step Guide

Step 1

Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth.

Step 2

Stir through the porridge oats.

Step 3

Pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.
