1. To participate in this promotion, purchase $68 worth of Nestle participating products from RedMart.     

2.  Forward your RedMart e-invoice to shop@sg.nestle.com with title “RedMart - Nestlé CNY Redemption”.

3. Nestlé will mail the promotional premiums to your registered RedMart delivery address within the next 10 working days.

Redemption:

Nestlé will mail the promotional premiums to your registered RedMart delivery address within the next 10 working days once your entry is received.

Nestlé's General Terms and Conditions:

1.  This promotion is valid for purchases made from 1st January 2017 to 31st January 2017 on NESTLÉ® participating products only. Participating brands include MILO, NESCAFÉ (Excludes NESCAFÉ® GOLD BLEND® BARISTA machines & NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO machines and coffee products), COFFEE-MATE, OMEGA, NESTUM, NESPRAY, EVERYDAY, MAGGI, KIT KAT.

2.  Participants who purchase participating products in a single transaction of a minimum of S$68 are entitled to redeem PN Stone Marble Ceramic 26cm Wokpan.

3.  Receipt can only be once for this redemption and will not be accepted for any other promotions.

No re-printed or copied receipts are allowed. No accumulation of receipts allowed.

4.  Limited to two premium redemptions per account. Traders are strictly not eligible for this promotion.

5.  This promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore except employees of Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“Nestlé”) and Nestlé’s advertising agencies, distributors, traders, retailers and online retailers, and immediate family members of these employees.

6.  Redemption is on a “first-come-first-serve”, “while stock lasts” basis.

7.  Redemption must be completed at the same retail banner where customer purchases the Nestlé products (i.e. RedMart receipt only applicable for redemptions on RedMart). Redemption items are not exchangeable for cash, credit or other items in part or in full. Redemption items are non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Also, it cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.

8.  Redemption items are redeemed on an “as is” basis, and all warranties and representations are expressly excluded to the extent not prohibited by law.

9.  Nestlé may, without prior notice, (1) replace the redemption item with another item of a similar or lower value, and (2) terminate this promotion, and amend the promotion’s mechanics and the terms and conditions.

10. Redemption item’s value indicated is accurate as at time of print and subject to change without prior notice.

11. Nestlé’s decision on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, binding and conclusive on participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.

12. This promotion is governed by Singapore law, and each participant agrees to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion are the property of their respective owners. This promotion and Nestlé Singapore are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, the relevant owners, where such owners are not part of the Nestlé group of companies.
