1. From 1 September to 31 October, customers who purchase

To redeem, participants can complete the redemption form and submit it together with the original receipt(s) in person to ORO Redemption Centre, 18 Cross Street #02-25/26, China Square Central Singapore 048423 by 31 October 2016. Redemption forms will be provided at ORO Redemption Centre. Posted redemption forms are not accepted.

Nestlé Terms and Conditions of Entry:

1.     This promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore except employees of Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“Nestlé”) and Nestlé’s advertising agencies, distributors, traders, retailers and online retailers, and immediate family members of these employees.

2.     All receipts presented must be original and issued by RedMart or any other participating retailers during the qualifying promotion period. Combination of up to 3 receipts is allowed. No re-print or photocopied receipts are allowed.

3.     During the collection of the redemption items, participants must present original receipts and their NRIC. Redemption by another on behalf of the participant is allowed, upon proof of the participant’s identification card/documents in addition to the original receipts.

4.     Redemption is on a “first-come-first-serve”, “while stock lasts” basis.

5.     Redemption items are non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Also, it cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.

6.     Redemption items are redeemed on an “as is” basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible.

7.     Nestlé may reject any entry which is not submitted in accordance with the stated requirements.

8.  Nestlé may, without prior notice, (1) replace the redemption item with another item of a similar or lower value, and (2) terminate this promotion, and amend the promotion’s mechanics and the terms and conditions.

9.     Redemption items’ value indicated are accurate as at time of print and subject to change without prior notice.

10.  Nestlé’s decision on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, binding and conclusive on participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.

11.  By completing or submitting the redemption form, each participant agrees that Nestlé and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data (1) to provide him/her with products and services (including those of Nestlé’s commercial partners), (2) to provide him/her with updates on events and promotions, (3) for consumer research, and (4) for promotional and marketing purposes.
