How your RedMart orders are charged

Starting from 3 November 2015, RedMart is changing the way you pay for your orders.  Now as a RedMart shopper, you will now only pay for your orders after you have received your delivery if you choose to checkout via credit card. Here's how it works:

What this means for you

Now, you’ll only pay for your order, after it has been delivered to you. At the time of your order confirmation, we’ll place an authorisation hold on your credit card for your order amount. The payment will only be charged after you’ve received your delivery. 

If any of your items happen to be out of stock when we’re packing your order for delivery, we’ll remove the charges so you won’t have to pay for those items.

When you will receive your order confirmation and invoice

You will receive your order confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order on our website or app. 

Your invoice will be emailed to you shortly after you've successfully received your order and after your payment is completed. Your invoice will reflect the date of payment, not the order date.
