How your RedMart orders are charged

As a RedMart shopper checking out with a credit card, you only pay for your order when it arrives.

What this means for you

At the time of your order confirmation, we’ll place an authorisation hold on your credit card for your order amount. The payment will only be charged after you’ve received your delivery. 

If any of your items happen to be out of stock when we’re packing your order for delivery, we’ll remove the charges so you won’t have to pay for those items.

When you will receive your order confirmation and invoice

You will receive your order confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order on our website or app. 

Your invoice will be emailed to you shortly after you've successfully received your order and after your payment is completed. Your invoice will reflect the date of payment, not the order date.
