3)      Upon successful validation of the receipt, you will be notified by WhatsApp and asked which reward you would like to have issued.  The reward will then be issued, subject to availability.  In the event the requested reward is no longer available, you will have to choose a reward from the available selection.

RECKITT BENCKISER'S TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.      The ‘Reckitt Benckiser Chinese New Year Campaign’ will run from 1 December to 31 January 2018 (“Campaign Period”).

2.      Submissions of purchase receipts will be accepted from 1 December 2017 (00:00) to 5 February 2018 (23:59). All qualifying purchases must be made within the Campaign Period.  All entries submitted after 5 February 2018 (23:59) shall be automatically disqualified. Reckitt Benckiser Singapore (RBS) (“Organsier”) reserves the right to amend the campaign period without prior notice.

3.      The campaign is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Singapore.

4.      To participate, customers (“Participants”) are required to purchase a minimum of SGD18 worth of Reckitt Benckiser product(s)* [participating brands includes Dettol, Airwick, Harpic, Vanish, Shieldtox, Scholl, Durex, Veet] in a single receipt and WhatsApp their purchase receipt to the number (+65 8587 9365). 5.      The Organizer will start sending out the reward voucher (physical/digital vouchers) from January 2018 onwards.

6.      To participate, entries must be submitted via smart phone utilizing WhatsApp application. Snap a photo of your receipt, and send to the number mobile +65 8587 9365.

7.      Upon successful validation of the receipt, Participants will be notified by WhatsApp and asked which reward the Participant would like to have issued.  The reward will then be issued, subject to availability.  In the event the requested reward is no longer available, the Participant will have to choose a reward from the available selection.

8.      In the case of a digital reward, a digital voucher will be sent by WhatsApp.  In the case of a physical voucher reward, the Participant will be asked to provide delivery address details via WhatsApp.

9.      Rewards are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.

10.   The Organizer shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of entry due to the inability of the respective Internet Service Provider company and/or telecommunication network to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services.

11.   The Organizer reserves the right to request Participants to provide proof of identity and Singapore permanent residency at the time of submission of purchase receipt. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer.

12.   The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign or if the Organizer is of the view that the Participant does not meet any the Organizer’s participation criteria.

13.   Participants may send in multiple unique campaign entries so long as each campaign entry meets the criteria set out in clauses (3) and (4) above.

14.   Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage, or claim resulting from participation in this campaign.

15.   In the event of a death of the reward winner, no claim from the nominees or legal heirs of the reward winner will be entertained for receiving the reward.

16.   The Organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with Participants. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organizer and/or its authorized agents to use this information solely for the purpose of this campaign.

·       Voucher is valid till 31 March 2018.

·       No minimum spend is required.

·       No refunds are applicable for purchases below $10 in a single receipt.

·       Purchases exceeding $10 are to be borne by the customers.

·       The final bill is subjected to 7% GST and 10% service charge.

·       Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

·       Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and/or refund.

·       Strictly no extension of the stated expiry date.

·       The management reserves the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.

Old Chang Kee

·       Reward – $4 Old Chang Kee Voucher

·       Voucher is valid till 31 March 2018.

·       No minimum spend is required.

·       The Old Chang Kee voucher is valid at all Old Chang Kee outlets in Singapore only.

·       The Old Chang Kee Dollars are valid for Old Chang Kee products only.

·       The Old Chang Kee Dollars is only valid with presentation of the physical voucher only.

·       The Old Chang Kee Dollars are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

·       No cash or Old Chang Kee Dollars will be returned if the Old Chang Kee Dollar payment is in excess of the total bill.

·       Strictly no extension of validity period will be granted.

·       The Old Chang Kee voucher is not replaceable and no claims will be entertained for any voucher lost.

·       The Old Chang Kee reserves the right to vary or amend any Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Rights of the Organizer

1.      The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Campaign in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organizer, despite the best efforts of the Organizer.

2.      The Organizer’s decisions are final with respect to any respect to any aspect of the Campaign, including without limitation, the determination of the participants.

3.      The Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Rules and Regulations without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.

4.      By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by this Campaign Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organizer.

5.      Organizer’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organizer will not be entertained.
