TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“RedMart on Lazada Welcome Offer”
Under the “RedMart on Lazada Welcome Offer” promotion, existing RedMart Customers may receive up to $25 off, spread over your first 4 RedMart orders on Lazada (the “Campaign”). This is open to all residents of Singapore (excluding members of corporate or group discounts) that have signed up for a RedMart account before 1 February 2019 or for newly signed up Customers, placed a successfully delivered order at RedMart before 14 March 2019.
This Campaign offers you a $10 discount on your first order at RedMart on Lazada and a $5 discount on each of your subsequent 3 orders (“Qualifying Order”), provided that -
Your first Qualifying Order must be placed by 15 April 2019, and
Your subsequent orders must be placed within 30 days of receiving delivery confirmation of your immediate preceding Qualifying Order (respectively), and
All four Qualifying Orders must be placed within 90 days of the first order.
The Campaign will accept new enrolments from 1 Feb 2019 and 14 March 2019 (both dates inclusive).
Your enrolment in the Campaign begins after opting in to move your RedMart data to Lazada and receiving an opt-in confirmation email from RedMart.
This discount may be combined with any other coupons, promotions, or vouchers, subject to Lazada’s terms and conditions. For clarity, the RedMart Store on Lazada Welcome Offer will work with any LiveUp associated credits. Any discount not utilized before the Campaign ends will be forfeited and have no future value.
For purposes of the RedMart on Lazada Welcome Offer, RedMart limits one RedMart account per physical address (at the unit number level). If a given address has multiple accounts associated with it, RedMart and/or reserves the right to close all related accounts, suspend the accounts from participating in this program.
In the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the member (including but not limited to the use of RedMart on Lazada for business or resale purposes, or usage by members not being natural persons resident in Singapore), RedMart and/or Lazada may claw back and/or fully charge the member for any benefits or discounts utilised.
RedMart and/or Lazada reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or suspend the Campaign without giving our you prior notice. You are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes that RedMart and/or Lazada has made. Customers will not receive any compensation from RedMart and/or Lazada in the event of modification or suspension of the Campaign. YOUR CONTINUED USE AFTER REDMART CHANGES THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL THE SERVICE.
Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Campaign shall be final and binding on you.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material, information on relating to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all Members hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, to the exclusion of all other courts.
RedMart and/or Lazada shall not be liable if we are unable to perform its obligation under these T&Cs, due directly or indirectly to Force Majeure, the failure of any computers, machines or communication systems, industrial disputes, wars, Act of God, those events which could not be foreseen, or which, though foreseen, are inevitable, or anything outside the control of Us or Our servants and/or employees.
